Tomer Graziani

Tomer is a seasoned real estate investor and property manager with a strong track record of success in multifamily, student housing, and commercial real estate. Originally from Israel, he moved to the United States in 2005 and began his real estate career in Florida, managing properties for his brother’s real estate management company.

In 2007, Tomer made his first investment in Nacogdoches, TX, acquiring a 114-unit value-add multifamily property adjacent to Stephen F. Austin State University. He successfully rehabilitated and repositioned the asset into a high-quality student housing community. Building on this success, he expanded his portfolio with the acquisition of an additional 116-unit property near the university’s main entrance, investing several million dollars in renovations and enhancements. Applying his proven business model, he transformed this property into another thriving student housing development.

Expanding beyond multifamily, Tomer has diversified his portfolio to include single-tenant net-leased assets, mixed-use developments, RV parks, and hospitality properties across California and Texas. Most recently, he co-founded Square Real Estate Solutions, a fully integrated commercial real estate company dedicated to implementing the systems and strategies that have contributed to his own success, helping other property owners optimize their investment
