Stav Graziani is a commercial real estate investor and acquisitions professional with experience in sourcing, underwriting, and closing large-scale apartment and retail opportunities across the Western United States. He has been involved in transactions totaling over $250 million and has contributed to the performance and strategy of portfolios valued at over $1 billion.
With a strong foundation in financial modeling, due diligence, and asset strategy, Stav has worked across the full investment lifecycle, from analyzing on- and off-market opportunities to overseeing closing, refinancing, and property performance initiatives. He has experience with institutional investors, private capital groups, and value-add real estate strategies.
Stav graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development. While at USC, he held leadership roles within the Trojan Real Estate Association.
Fluent in Hebrew and driven by discipline, creativity, and relationship-building, Stav brings both analytical precision and entrepreneurial spirit to his work in real estate. Outside of business, he enjoys all sports, and values family, community, and continuous growth.
