Kole is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Square Real Estate Solutions, where he leads overall management, strategic business development, and client relations for the firm.
With extensive experience in commercial real estate, Kole previously managed and oversaw the growth of more than two million square feet of commercial properties. He has a proven track record of success working with both individual and institutional investors, fostering long-term partnerships that drive value. Throughout his career, he has built strategic alliances with publicly traded companies on both national and international levels.
Kole is a devoted Christian, husband and proud father. He has a deep passion for golf and as a former collegiate athlete thrives on competition, whether on the course or in business. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, embracing challenges, and continuously pushing himself to achieve new goals. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Stephen F. Austin State University.
